ICT in my Classroom

As a result of poor imagery over our school it hard to use Google Earth for exploring our locality around the school. So I hope to do something similar using Microsoft Local Live – the imagery is far better (you can see the colour of our Nursery playground!) and fairly simple to use.

All I want to do is the children to use an online mapping tool to investigate the local area and add simple placemarks of things they know. I was also thinking of using Quikmaps but they do not have the ability to store work.
