As for logging into web based apps - it is a matter of being selective about what you use. For Google Docs there is an education edition which is well worth a look. http://tinyurl.com/yuqsd9 The children could have individual logins or use a class login, we were using G Spreadsheets this week under a single login / multiple machines - works fine. Last year I was using a class login for a Flickr account.</description>
