I think overcoming the problems you describe is a positive part of the learning process for both teachers and students - obviously a lot of the time teachers just want technology to work and be easy - but with an ICT teacher hat on the best learning takes place when students and teacher learn together and from each other fixing little glitches.

Sympathise with your lack on internet access, our school internet was also down for two days this week but you adapt and manage!</description>
